Chris Legare has been in the construction business for over 20 years and delivers high quality work that exceeds his client’s expectations. He has gained extensive managerial experience leading new home construction, older home remodeling, as well as commercial fit-ups and renovation jobs throughout Southern Maine and New Hampshire. Chris is also a talented finish carpenter who takes great pride in his craftsmanship. Chris has a true passion for building, and cares deeply about the work his team performs. When you call Nautilus Construction you will talk to Chris, and he will know the status of your project and be able to answer your questions. Chris pays close attention to project execution details on a daily basis, which enables him to complete his construction projects on time and on budget.

Our goal is to make the building process as enjoyable as possible, and build trust through ongoing communication and transparency so you always know where your project stands with relation to the schedule and the budget.
